General Court’s Judgment in Intel

We are pleased to finally read the judgement of the General Court’s in the Intel case. Importantly, the Court reaffirms the role of “other plausible explanations” and the “capability test” in restrictions “by object.”

Join us to discuss the implications of the Intel Judgment at the next GCLC Lunch Talk on Wednesday 2nd February. Our partner Aleksandra Boutin will join a lively panel discussion with Anthony Dawes, Luc Peeperkorn and Sir Philip Lowe, moderated by Assimakis Komninos.

A great topic not to be missed!
