We are happy to share that our expert Aleksandra Boutin will speak tomorrow at the first annual conference of the Academic Society for Competition Law (ASCOLA) on the “Future of Swiss and European Merger Control” in Zurich on June 2nd.

The 12 May judgement gives clearance to the transaction between two Polish radio groups: Agora SA and Grupa Eurozet , which the Polish NCA (UOKiK) blocked in January 2021. The ruling is the first reversal of UOKiK’s merger decision at least since the country joined the EU.
