All these initiatives promote high performance, fair play, team spirit, diversity and inclusion, which are the core values for Positive Competition. Rugby, Team Lazare and UWC go hand in hand with our belief that positive competition is a force that brings out the best in people and is a driver of positive change.

Lazare Association champions the social and economic integration of marginalized individuals and homeless persons. Their innovative approach involves developing shared housing opportunities with dynamic young professionals.
It all started in 2006 when three youngsters decided to share accommodation with homeless people in Paris, and the idea has now catalysed into shared accommodations not only in 10 cities in France, but also in Belgium, Spain, Mexico and Switzerland.
In a remarkable partnership, Tanguy le Turquais’ IMOCA proudly carries the Lazare colours sharing our commitment to create positive change in society. In more than just a sailing adventure, over 160 Lazare roommates have already had the incredible opportunity to join him on short sea journeys.

United World Colleges (UWC) is an international network of 18 schools and educational programs around the world with the goal of “making education a force to unite people, nations and cultures for peace and a sustainable future.” Celebration of diversity and promotion of intercultural and international understanding is at the core of their mission.

At UWC, talented and compassionate young people from deliberately diverse backgrounds and cultures are inspired to put their talents and energy into social change, no matter which future path they choose.

Our support to student endowments and scholarships at UWCs helps outstanding students from very diverse backgrounds to acquire the knowledge, skills and confidence they need to make a positive difference in the world.

UWC in Mostar was set up with the explicit aim to assist in the reconstruction of a post-conflict society – “reimagining the Balkans”. The students there are empowered to actively reach out to all communities to assist in the healing processes, build bridges between people and cultures and to work together towards a brighter future in the region.

Boitsfort Rugby Club is one of the most important Rugby Clubs in Belgium with a training school for children and adolescents committed to fostering community spirit and values of respect and fair play that have become a reference at the European level.

Rugby is about high individual performance, personal sacrifice and making the best of your strengths for the benefit of the team. It is a very inclusive sport, irrespective of whether you are fast or not, strong or not, as long as you are doing the best you can with the skills you have, you can contribute as an important element of the team.

We support rugby because its values are very important for Positive Competition, where we foster team spirit, fair play and rely on everyone’s individual contribution to the best of their abilities. We also help our people to develop to their full potential and to become the best version of themselves.
