Bartosz Olesiński is an experienced economist specialising in competition economics and wide range of quantitative analyses
Bartosz has been engaged in cases involving local market analyses in mergers, follow-on damages estimation and assessment of abuse dominance.
Prior to joining Positive Competition, Bartosz worked for nine years at one of the Big Four firms, focusing on tax policy impact analyses, regulatory impact analyses and competition projects.
Bartosz holds a PhD and an MA from the Warsaw School of Economics. He has authored a number of peer-reviewed papers, on topics such as the shadow economy estimation and quantitative analyses of public policy.
In his free time, Bartosz enjoys sea sailing and DJ-ing.
